- We have a 7 days return/refund policy from the date of delivery provided all tags are intact in case of the item/items arriving damaged. In case of damaged items, customer can either claim a refund or a replacement.

- Categories like necklaces, bracelets and earrings are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issue. However, it is advisable to confirm size before placing an order. For exchanges, a fee of ₹100 will be charged.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, refund is processed within 3-5 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of an exchange, the replacement product is dispatched within 2 working days (subject to availability) once the return is received. Please note returns can take upto 2 weeks.
- We provide a warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase on the plating of stainless steel products.
- The warranty does not cover loss, damage or the gradual degradation of jewellery pieces due to improper use, careless handling or use of jewellery pieces outside care instructions.
- The damage or loss of Zirconia stones are not covered under this warranty.
- The warranty does not cover any scratches on the jewellery pieces.
- The warranty is not applicable on the plating of alloy, copper, S925 & brass jewellery.
Brass and copper jewellery need care and protection as they may tarnish if used aggressively.
- Remove your jewellery when exercising, showering, swimming and hand washing.
- Keep jewellery away from direct heat, perfumes, water, deodorants and strong chemicals as they may react with the metal or plating.
- Do not rub or scratch your jewellery against other pieces to avoid the plating from wearing off.
- Wipe jewellery gently with a chamois cloth after every use to add to its life.
- Always preserve your jewellery in a pouch.
Our stainless steel pieces, on the other hand, are water resistant, hypoallergenic and tarnish proof for a longer time. But we do recommend caring for them keeping in mind the last two factors in the points mentioned above to add more to its life.
